newecycling dispatch all orders on working days only (Mon -Fri ) Please take this into consideration when you place an order on the weekend. Orders placed during the weekend are dispatched on the next Monday.

Covid-19 is causing Freight capacity constraints in many ports. Unfortunately this can delay some deliveries. The issues are wide spread globally and affect some countries more than others. We ask for your patience and we will keep you updated where we can on delivery times.

Orders under $200 NZ: Air satchel (Untracked) to Australia, Target: 3-10 days    $24 NZ  
All other orders: Air satchel (Tracked) to Australia, Target: 3-10 days    $30 NZ

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

North America, Uk, & Europe

DUTIES & TAXES

newecycling SHIPPING charges cover transport only and will not include any extra import liabilities imposed by a customers local Government. Any import and customs taxes that are liable to be incurred are to be paid by the customer and should be taken into account prior to purchase. newecycling is not responsible for the payment of any extra import liabilities imposed by their local Government. This is applicable for all orders.
Unfortunately we are unable to give you a quote on the taxes incurred as they vary depending on both your country and region. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are passionate about you experiencing the very best from your cycling garment & we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. For this reason we'll gladly exchange or refund your order for all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt where products are in new, unworn & unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. 

If your jersey does not fit as you were expecting, simply contact us at hello@newecycling.com & specify 'Exchange' along with your order number in the subject header as well as the size you are wanting in exchange.
Garments must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the garment is not returned in this condition, then newecycling will be unable to process the exchange.
All initial return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
Once we have received the returned garment, exchanges will be processed within 2 working days & we will email you with shipping information.

MANUFACTURING  FAULTS

At newecycling we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality garments. We have strict quality control processes here to ensure our garments arrive with you in the condition that meet both our and your expectations.
If your garment has arrived & you believe there has been a fault during manufacturing, please email the newecycling team at hello@newecycling.com  We kindly ask that you attach a photo of your jersey & the issue that you are experiencing. Our team will quickly respond back to you with a solution. 

Please note: WASHING DETERGENTS that contain bleach can cause discolouration of garments. Damage caused to garments of this nature will not be covered under warranty.
